- Request and gather information from assigned commercial loan borrowers to assist with loan applications and closings

- Monitor past dues and maturing loans

- Monitor and assist with clearing commercial exceptions

- Handle routing customer requests such as transfers; draw requests, account balances, etc.

- Review advisors expense reports for approval

- Assist with preparing various reports for meetings

- Assist with scheduling and organizing local community events and bank functions

- At times, preparing minutes for various meetings and Central Loan Committee

- Accompany commercial lenders on customer calls

Necessary Skill Sets
- Excellent interpersonal skills used within a team environment and customer interaction

- Good written communication skills

- Above average ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly

- Previous banking experience is preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Proficiency in using the internet for research
