The location of the position is flexible.

Duties
Work with clients either face to face or via the telephone on an on-going and transactional basis. Ability to travel to clients is required.

Process all necessary transactions for the trust, including, but not limited to distributions, loan payments, and contributions.

Give employee education sessions and do presentations at various conferences.

Review businesses valuation and appraisal reports both individually and with the ESOP committee.

Review client financials.

Review legal documents associated with the ESOP.

Perform review of corporate documents for performance of due diligence.

Other duties as may be required.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience.

5+ years of experience in employee benefit law, actuarial sciences, business valuation or plan administration working with ESOPs.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should be a self-starter, organized and able to multi-task to complete projects on time.

Ability to research issues, questions or concerns and suggest appropriate action.

Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks after receiving initial direction from supervisor.

Effectively communicate both in writing and orally to ensure information is clear, concise and within legal and regulatory requirements.

Strong financial reasoning.

Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
