Processing and preparation of loan documents using Laser Pro system; ordering vendor work (appraisals, title work, environmental, flood); post-closing verifications and use of FIS imaging system.

Ordering appraisals, environmental reports, title work and flood certifications.

Work closely with branch locations and prepare loan documents for loan closings using Laser Pro. Cross-training for consumer loan documentation and Saturday rotation.

Processing denied and paid off loan files.

Coordinate closings with branches and title companies.

Preparing disbursement checks, wire transfers and draw requests.

Post-closing verifications.

Use of imaging system and back-up training for scanning as needed.

Follow up on collateral tracking items , such as recorded mortgages, final title policies, UCCs, life insurance assignments, as well as hazardous insurance.

2-3+ years of experience in processing loans with knowledge of loan regulations, RESPA, Reg Z, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Use of Laser Pro or other similar documentation software.

Personal attributes should include excellent organizational and communication skills, time management and follow through skills.

Computer aptitude with MS Office programs, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Exhibit the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with bank employees, management, and customers.
