Perform job functions necessary to support Relationship Managers and clients on a daily basis.

Add new accounts on Trust accounting software.

Close accounts on Trust accounting software.

Place mutual fund trades in portfolio management software within daily deadlines.

Respond to client calls and emails.

Prepare prospect packet materials.

Prepare client meeting materials.

Image account file documents.

Assist with special projects as requested.

A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience or like role.

Banking experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must exhibit attention to detail and sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks.

Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision making when completing assignments.

Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact in a positive manner with co-workers and management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to present a professional image and communicate with public, co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
