Duties
Supervise all departmental processing including (but not limited to):

• Business Online Banking and Bill Pay
• Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination
• Remote Deposit Capture
• Mobile Banking
• Positive Pay
• Merchant Processing
• Sweep accounts
• Custom Billing

Manage daily activities of Treasury Management Team.

Implement new products, improve existing products and develop appropriate support materials.

Communicate with business banking customers and branch advisors via telephone and email channels.

Facilitate monthly Operations call with Treasury Management Sales professionals and Business Bankers.

Serve as resource for online banking-related projects for both businesses and consumers.

Work with vendors to manage cases, resolve or troubleshoot technical issues, and for business and consumer clients.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Prior management experience required.

ACH experience preferred.

Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Successful candidates must possess very strong PC/computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and a wide range of procedures requiring some judgment and to meet established deadlines.

Ability to interact with customers and staff in professional manner.
