This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with good problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail. An ideal candidate would enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented environment and be willing to work 10:00 am - 7:00 pm hours.
Data entry, processing daily branch capture transactions.
Process mail and CD interest checks.
Verifying reports for accuracy of input from previous day.
Working with the branch to resolve proof corrections.
Processing return mail, closing accounts and updating account closure reasons.
Verifying signatures on client checks.
Good computer skills, specifically data entry and 10 key skills, Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Must exhibit attention to detail and sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks.
Previous banking experience preferred, but not required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
